    Awareness Integration Clinicians

    AIT certification program is designed by Dr. Foojan Zeine, the originator and the leading expert in this field to encourage excellence in applying the AIT techniques and interventions.  Awareness Integration Therapy or Coaching/Educator Certification is evidence of your expertise in the use of Awareness Integration Theory in clinical treatment, coaching sessions, or educational settings. Joining the AIT Certification program will allow you to undertake training to improve and refine your skills in AIT to the highest level.     Awareness Integration Institute offers Certification for psychotherapist clinicians, coaches, teachers, and educators.

    Awareness Integration Therapy Certified Clinician Process – $1900/ early bird $1600

    • Submit an application for the Awareness Integration Therapy Certification Program.
    • Complete the following required coursework:
      • Essentials of the Awareness Integration Theory -20hrs –$700/early bird $500
      • AIT Integration Phase (4) – 16 hrs – $400/early bird $350
      • AIT Reinvention Phase (5&6)- 16 hrs – $400/ early bird $350
    • Supervision – 12 weeks – Treat 10 clients using AIT with submittal of Case Write-ups $400

    Eligibility Requirement:

    Completed an educational degree with a behavioral or mental health specialization with the ability and the permission of the regulatory boards to treat clients.

    Level 1

    A. AIT Certified Clinician

    First level of certification

    At this level, the clinician demonstrates moderate level of competency in AIT skills including the ability to think about clients in AIT terms, process identification, following AIT phases and delivering it to clients.

     

    B. AIT Certified Senior Clinician

    Second level of certification

    At this level, the clinician has completed the first level. The Senior Certified Clinician demonstrates a high level of competency in utilizing AIT, has received further in-depth training beyond minimum basic training and supervision, as well as more skill refinement.

    Clinicians will be certified after being evaluated and approved by an AIT trainer.

    Level 2

    AIT Certified Supervisor

    Required criteria:

    1. Completion of the first level
    2. Ability to think about clients in AIT terms
    3. Submit three work samples, each consisting of a supervision session recording and accompanying materials including case formulation and transcripts
    4. Demonstration of skills in identifying AIT phases, the purpose of each phase and the ability of guiding the trainee in meeting the above.
    5. Accreditation/approval by an approved AIT Trainer or AIT Board

    Level 3

    AIT Certified Trainer
    Required criteria:

    1. Interested applicants must have completed the supervision level
    2. Must attend at least one series of essentials of AIT, Integration of Self and Reinvention workshops as a trainer in training
    3. Demonstrate the ability to teach and train all sections of AIT during the workshops, and in at least in 3 discussion-based supervisor/trainer trainings
    4. Accreditation/approval by an approved AIT Trainer or AIT Board

    Notes:

    1. AIT institutes may adjust their rules according to their local/geographical culture after AIT board approval.
    2. Grandfathering of previously trained AIT trainers and supervisors will be done on a case-by-case basis.

    Refund, transfer, and Cancellation Policy

    If you are unsatisfied with the course or become unable to complete the course, Awareness Integration Institute offers a 100% money-back guarantee, if you notify us within 1 day of when you started the course. If Awareness Integration Institute cancels the availability of a course for any reason, participants will be notified via email and will be granted a refund in full, unless we determine that a comparable on-demand course is available for substitution. Registration may be cancelled provided that we receive at least 24-hour’s notice of cancellation. A registration may only be transferred once and only towards a workshop that is scheduled to occur within 12 months of the original workshop date. If you wish to cancel or transfer your registration, notification should be sent to awarenessintegration@gmail.com

    Grievance Policy

    When a participant, files a grievance and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken.

    1. The participants will be asked to put their concerns in writing.
    2. If the grievance concerns a speaker, the content presented by the speaker, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format. The Conference Director will then pass on the comments to the speaker, assuring the confidentiality of the grieved individual.
    3. If the grievance concerns a workshop offering, its’ content, level of presentation, or the facilities in which the workshop was offered, the Conference Director will mediate and will be the final arbitrator. If the participant requests action, the Conference Director will:
      • attempt to move the participant to another workshop or
      • provide a credit for a subsequent year’s workshop or
      • provide a partial or full refund of the workshop fee

    Actions 3b and 3c will require a written note, documenting the grievance, for record keeping purposes. The note need not be signed by the grieved individual.

    1. If the grievance concerns CAMFT’s or APA CE program, in a specific regard, the Conference Director will attempt to arbitrate.
